Nicole Smith specializes in executive law office management and paralegal assistance. She has worked for a number of law firms and has responsibility for all facets of law office management. She is an independent contractor but Hamilton Howell is one of her principal clients. At Hamilton Howell. she is responsible for file intake, organization and billing.

Nicole also has considerable experience in legal research and other paralegal duties, such as preparing pleadings, lists of documents, court applications, preparation of affidavits, Offers to Settle and the like. Her paralegal work is billed as per our fee schedule.
